This is a life-changing opportunity to finally take control of what you eat, forever improving your relationship with food. You'll discover the joys of eating healthier and better, no willpower or dieting involved, during the two days of this weekend retreat.

It focuses on dealing with sugar and food addiction, emotional eating, managing anxiety and stress without turning to food, alcohol or any other substitute. You will get to a place where you'll enjoy eating better and welcome making those changes in your diet and lifestyle.

In partnership with Chris Hill, addiction expert and best-selling author of 'Get Your Life Back', this incredible weekend retreat takes place at our warm and luxurious wellness retreat. The workshop will allow you to easily discover how to eat healthier and you'll begin to lose weight almost effortlessly as you will have pressed the 'reset' button on your food mindset!

You'll be able to decide what to eat, when you eat it and enjoy food without feeling guilty afterwards. You'll become calm around food and not feel constantly in a state of craving or hunger. You'll be able to achieve all this!

We'll show you how to enjoy taking care of yourself, taking back control of your eating, your thoughts, feelings and emotions; and ultimately your actions.

You will learn Chris's simple, yet highly effective system, allowing you to stop any dysfunctional behaviour. Whether it's consuming sugary foods, over-eating, managing anxiety and phobias or preventing stress and panic attacks. This system is your answer.

People attending these retreats have achieved incredible weight loss and they'll all testify it's not through dieting or using willpower. And that they found it easy! Put yourself first and give yourself a bit of time and space to make the positive life change you seek.

Chantry House is the perfect setting for this workshop where you can relax and talk to Chris, learning something new which will change your life. Learn how your mind, body and conscious-self work, and what you must do to stop addiction, manage anxiety and stress and basically, create any change you want in your life.

There are limited spaces available, a small group means more one-to-one time. Be with people who understand and can support you. You'll exercise gently, learn to relax through meditation and eat wonderful home-cooked healthy meals, all provided.

Arrive Friday 8 March @ 2pm, leaving Sunday 10 March @ 5pm. You'll stay in our luxurious accommodation, where you can unwind and enjoy the stunning venue, grounds and historical Jacobean building, surrounded by beautiful countryside.
