This retreat, based at Chantry House, is all about you! Learn how to take back control of your thoughts and actions. Find that balance and build your confidence through a mixture of yoga, fitness and coaching sessions. You’ll become aware of why you have certain bad habits, make mistakes and generally start to understand why you behave the way you do.

Nicole has taught yoga for over 15 years, with vast experience in addiction treatment. She says: “I’ve helped a lot of people with anxiety and stress-related illnesses. I offer life-coaching and many tools to help improve awareness and build confidence, including meditation techniques.”

Bella, a certified Health Coach from the Institute of Integrative Nutrition and a Yoga Teacher, adds:

“I have personal experience of mental health issues and bad eating habits but having found my balance, I love nothing more than sharing the tools I learned to help others.”
